Request a Fit information
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share through Request a Fit or by email. This may include your name, work email, organization or practice, role, website, and the context of the decision you are trying to make.
How we use it
Your information is used to review potential fit, understand your context, and respond to you. It is not sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to receive, store, and respond to a submission. Those providers may process information only to support those functions.
Retention
Declined or inactive Request a Fit submissions are retained for up to 12 months. A legal requirement or an active client relationship may require a different period.
Protected health information
Do not submit protected health information or patient-identifiable details. True Myth Collective does not practice medicine, provide clinical care, diagnose, or treat patients.
Questions or requests
To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, submit a request and identify it as a privacy matter in the optional context. Some information may need to be retained when law or an active relationship requires it.
