For Healthcare Companies, Physicians & Practices
Healthcare has no shortage of options. The hard part is knowing which ones are worth pursuing.
True Myth helps healthcare companies and established practices determine where value exists, what fits, and what should happen next before more capital, time, capacity, or trust are committed.
The Problem
More healthcare options have created more expensive decisions.
Healthcare Companies
What they often think
We need more sales. More partnerships. More market access. More provider adoption.
What may be true
The company has not yet determined where the capability creates the greatest value, who should buy it, how it belongs in care, or whether the opportunity is ready to scale.
More activity does not solve the wrong commercial path.
Physicians & Practices
What they often think
We need to decide what to add next.
- Treatment
- Technology
- Diagnostic
- Program
- Location
- Partnership
- Team
What may be true
The harder decision is what strengthens the practice they are trying to build and what the existing care model, patient trust, workflow, economics, and team can credibly support.
More healthcare is not automatically better healthcare.
The True Myth Model
Determine before you build. Prove before you scale.
True Myth applies one decision system across healthcare companies and practices. Each stage must earn the next.
- 01
Determine Fit
What creates value? For whom?Where does it belong? What fits and what does not?
Outcome
Fit determined. Path identified. Next step defined.
- 02
Design the Solution
How should it work? What must be true operationally?Who owns what? What makes the model viable?
Outcome
Solution defined. Operating path identified. Next step defined.
- 03
Validate & Scale
Does it work in practice?Does it create the intended value? What does the evidence support next?
Outcome
Evidence captured. Value tested. Next step defined.
What the decision can reveal
Build it
A new opportunity is worth pursuing.
Strengthen it
The greatest value comes from improving or expanding the strongest existing path.
Redirect it
A different use of resources creates greater value than the original path.
Work With True Myth
Two starting points. One decision standard.
Every True Myth engagement begins with Request a Fit. From there, Healthcare Companies and Physicians & Practices follow the path built for their decision. Each stage must earn the next.

Commercial Fit Review
Paid engagement
For healthcare companies with a credible capability and an important decision about where it creates value, who it is for, and what should happen next.
True Myth determines
- where the capability creates its strongest value
- the priority population and use case
- who buys, uses, and pays
- where it belongs in care
- what prevents adoption
- whether the economics and operating conditions support the opportunity
- whether to build it, strengthen it, or redirect it
The review defines the highest-value commercial path forward
Build it · Strengthen it · Redirect it
Build it
The capability has a credible buyer, use case, value proposition, and commercial path worth developing.
Strengthen it
The opportunity has value, but the current buyer, positioning, workflow, economics, adoption path, or operating conditions should be strengthened before more resources are committed.
Redirect it
The strongest value exists in a different buyer, use case, market, or commercial path than originally assumed.

Provider Blueprint
Paid engagement
For established healthcare practices deciding what belongs, what should change, and what is worth building around.
True Myth determines
- where the practice creates its strongest patient and business value
- the population it is best positioned to serve
- which opportunity deserves investment
- the care model and patient experience
- required capabilities and relationships
- workflow and ownership
- business economics and operating requirements
- what must be proven before larger investment
The Blueprint defines the highest-value path forward
Build it · Strengthen it · Redirect it
Build it
A new opportunity creates meaningful patient and business value, and the evidence, economics, and operating conditions support moving forward.
Strengthen it
The strongest opportunity is improving or expanding what the practice already does well rather than adding something new.
Redirect it
The original opportunity is not the highest-value path. The Blueprint identifies a better use of the practice’s capital, capacity, relationships, or existing strengths.
Why True Myth
I kept seeing the same problem from every side of healthcare.
For more than 15 years, Kristyn Ciarlariello has worked across behavioral health, diagnostics, laboratory infrastructure, healthcare technology, operations, provider adoption, commercialization, and market strategy.
Across those environments, the pattern kept repeating. Strong science. Strong products. Strong providers. Too much depended on someone figuring out where the value belonged, what should connect, and what should happen next.
Her own experience navigating healthcare made the problem personal and reinforced what her career had already shown her.
True Myth was built to make those decisions clearer.

Start With Fit
Before we decide what to build together, determine whether there is something worth building.
Request a Fit is the starting point.
Healthcare Companies begin with the Fit Review Application. Physicians & Practices begin with Provider Qualification.
If qualification identifies a fit, the appropriate paid next step may be a Commercial Fit Review or Provider Blueprint.
Submitting does not guarantee a meeting, engagement, or recommendation.
